Communication Guidelines
Office Hours
Office hours are when I'm actively working on client work. This can be any of the monthly bookkeeping tasks, client calls, or being otherwise client facing. These are the hours when any appointments will be scheduled. The time zone is PST
These hours are:
Monday No hours
Tuesday 2:30 pm- 5:30 pm
Wednesday No hours
Thursday 2:30 pm- 5:30 pm
Friday 6:00 pm- 8:00 pm
Saturday Special Appointment Only
Sunday No hours
Communication Types

Appointments will be either via phone or video call, typically this is clients choice. I use Zoom and Google Products.

Phone calls are outgoing only, no inbound calls will be accepted, and texts are not welcome and will not be replied to.

Private messages through social media should never be used and will not be replied to.

Chats through social media should never be used and will not be replied to.

Chats through the site are allowed, but may not be answered live. These do get saved to my email, and I will respond within 2 business days.
Violations of these guidelines may lead to you being blocked from these channels and refusal to work with you in the future.

I work hard to keep this site packed with helpful information regarding bookkeeping, business organization, taxes, and more without breaking any ethical codes. I am not a CPA, nor am I acting as your accountant when posting this information. Please see my disclaimer page for more. As such, contacting me wont get you more free information. When you fill out an application and fit certain criteria, we will schedule a free discovery call. This is not for free advice or fixes, this call will help us figure out if I can provide you services. We go over your business, how I work, and some rock bottom prices.
Client Emails
By contrast, paying clients are free to utilize my email for questions regarding their services. I will do my best to get back to these emails within 24 hours on business days.
